Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

1. Commercial Operation and Registration Gate

Commercial Platform: This Platform is a commercial entity providing automated code evaluation services, premium subscription tiers, and third-party advertisements.
Guardian Authorization & Age Gate: The Platform welcomes programmers of all ages. To complete registration, utilize the grading engines, or purchase premium features, users must certify via our mandatory registration checkbox that they are either 14 years of age or older, OR that they possess the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Modifications to Terms: The Platform reserves the right to modify, change, update, or alter these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice to users. All updates will be published directly on this page with an updated "Effective Date." It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes full and binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration, Security, and Termination

Registration Credentials: To create an account, track problem-solving statistics, and access premium features, users are required to provide a unique username, a securely hashed password, and a valid email address.
Account Recovery: The provided email address will be utilized strictly for password resets, account verification, and transaction receipts. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
Account Limits: Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating alternative accounts (smurfs) to manipulate ratings, leaderboard rankings, or contest standings is strictly prohibited.
Account Disabling & Deletion: The Platform reserves the absolute right to disable, suspend, or permanently delete any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, sandbox abuse, plagiarism, long-term inactivity, or behavior detrimental to the platform community.
Automatic Subscription Cancellation: In the event that an account is disabled, suspended, or deleted by the Platform due to a breach of these Terms or system abuse, any active paid premium subscriptions linked to that account will be automatically canceled immediately. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for the remaining billing cycle.

3. Premium Subscriptions, Billing, and Ads

Paid Features: The Platform offers premium subscription tiers that grant access to enhanced features, priority grading queues, and cosmetic platform additions.
Payment Ecosystem: Payments are processed securely via integrated third-party channels (Stripe, PayPal, and decentralized Cryptocurrency networks).
No Refunds: Unless explicitly mandated by regional consumer protection statutes, all transactions and subscription renewals are final and non-refundable.
Third-Party Advertisements: The Platform displays programmatic advertisements. Interaction with these advertisements is subject to the terms, guidelines, and data policies of the serving ad networks.

4. Acceptable Use and Sandbox Security

The Platform utilizes an automated, isolated sandbox environment to execute user-submitted source code. You strictly agree NOT to attempt any of the following malicious behaviors:
* Sandbox Escapes: Attempting to bypass, exploit, or breach the secure isolation layers of the grading sandbox.
* Malicious Submissions: Submitting code designed to damage, manipulate, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the host server, backend file system, or network routing protocols (including fork bombs, unauthorized system calls, or outbound network requests from inside the sandbox).
* Queue Sabotage: Attempting to overload the grading queue via automated script submissions, spamming, or disrupting service availability for other programmers.

5. Intellectual Property and Problem Archiving

Platform Assets: The scoring engines, backend infrastructure, core design templates, and native code are the exclusive property of the Platform.
Contest Problem Attribution: The Platform archives and indexes algorithmic tasks from external competitions (including IOI, KOI, COCI, CCC, CCO, APIO, JOI, POI, and the Google Archive). These tasks, statements, and official datasets remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors, organizations, and contest committees. The Platform archives these materials strictly for non-commercial, educational, and competitive programming preparation purposes with clear source attribution.
User-Generated Custom Problems: Users may have the option to create, write, and upload their own custom algorithmic problems, test cases, and statements directly to the Platform. By submitting and publishing a custom problem on the Platform, the user explicitly transfers and assigns full, exclusive copyright ownership of that problem, including all associated text, test data, and assets, to the Platform. The Platform retains the permanent right to host, modify, distribute, or utilize these user-generated problems indefinitely, even if the user's account is subsequently deleted or terminated.

6. Academic Integrity and Plagiarism

Contest Rules: Sharing source code, discussing strategies with other users, or utilizing unauthorized external tools during live or virtual contests is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: The Platform reserves the right to deploy automated plagiarism detection software. Violations will result in immediate contest disqualification, rating purges, or permanent account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Provision: The Platform and its automated grading systems are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Platform is not liable for data loss, system anomalies, minor grading evaluation discrepancies, server lag, or hardware downtime.

8. Copyright Notice

Copyright © 2026 All rights reserved. The platform infrastructure and original code are protected by copyright laws. All third-party contest materials hosted on this platform belong entirely to their respective copyright holders.

1. 상업적 운영 및 가입 게이트 (Age Gate)

상업적 플랫폼: 본 플랫폼은 자동화된 소스 코드 채점 서비스, 프리미엄 구독 멤버십 및 제3자 광고를 제공하는 상업적 서비스입니다.
법정대리인의 동의 및 가입 제한: 본 플랫폼은 모든 연령대의 프로그래머에게 열려 있습니다. 채점 시스템 이용, 회원가입 완료, 또는 프리미엄 멤버십 결제를 진행하기 위해 사용자는 가입 화면의 필수 체크박스를 통해 본인이 만 14세 이상이거나, 부모님 등 법정대리인의 명시적인 동의와 감독을 받고 있음을 보증해야 합니다.
약관의 임의 변경: 본 플랫폼은 사용자에게 사전 개별 통지 없이 언제든지 본 이용약관을 수정, 변경 또는 업데이트할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다. 모든 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 업데이트된 "시행일"과 함께 즉시 게시됩니다. 약관의 변경 사항을 정기적으로 확인할 책임은 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 있으며, 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 것은 개정된 약관에 완전히 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

2. 회원가입, 계정 보안 및 해지

가입 필수 정보: 코드를 제출하고, 기록을 추적하며, 프리미엄 기능을 이용하기 위해 사용자는 고유한 사용자 이름(ID), 암호화된 비밀번호 및 유효한 이메일 주소를 제공해야 합니다.
계정 복구 및 관리: 제출된 이메일 주소는 오직 비밀번호 재설정, 계정 인증 및 결제 영수증 발송 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 사용자는 본인의 로그인 정보에 대한 기밀성과 보안을 유지할 전적인 책임이 있습니다.
계정 생성 제한: 각 사용자는 단 하나의 계정만 생성하고 유지할 수 있습니다. 대회 순위, 레이팅, 또는 리더보드를 조작하기 위해 다중 계정(부계정)을 생성하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
계정 비활성화 및 영구 삭제: 플랫폼은 사용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우, 샌드박스를 악용한 경우, 표절 행위가 적발된 경우, 장기간 휴면 상태인 경우, 또는 커뮤니티의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행동을 한 경우를 포함하여 플랫폼이 필요하다고 판단하는 일체의 사유로 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 해당 사용자의 계정을 비활성화, 일시 정지 또는 영구 삭제할 수 있는 독점적 권리를 보유합니다.
구독 자동 취소 고지: 본 약관 위반 및 시스템 남용 등으로 인해 플랫폼에 의해 계정이 비활성화, 정지 또는 삭제되는 경우, 해당 계정에 연결된 모든 유료 프리미엄 구독(Subscription)은 그 즉시 자동으로 취소됩니다. 이 경우 남은 결제 주기에 대한 일체의 잔여 금액은 환불 또는 일할 계산되어 반환되지 않습니다.

3. 프리미엄 구독, 결제 및 광고

유료 서비스: 본 플랫폼은 향상된 기능, 우선 채점 큐 권한, 프로필 꾸미기 등이 포함된 유료 프리미엄 구독 티어를 제공합니다.
결제 인프라: 모든 결제는 연동된 공인 제3자 결제 대행사(Stripe, PayPal 및 탈중앙화 암호화폐 네트워크)를 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다.
환불 불가 정책: 관련 법령에 명시적인 규정이 없는 한, 모든 유료 결제 및 구독 갱신은 원칙적으로 취소 및 환불이 불가능합니다.
제3자 광고 게재: 본 플랫폼은 프로그래매틱 광고를 게재합니다. 해당 광고와의 상호작용은 광고를 송출하는 해당 광고 네트워크의 이용약관 및 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 올바른 이용 규칙 및 샌드박스 보안

본 플랫폼은 사용자가 제출한 소스 코드를 실행하기 위해 자동화된 보안 샌드박스 환경을 사용합니다. 사용자는 다음과 같은 악의적인 행위를 시도하지 않는 것에 엄격히 동의합니다:
* 샌드박스 우회 (Escape): 채점 시스템의 보안 샌드박스 격리 계층을 우회, 악용 또는 무력화하려는 시도.
* 악성 코드 제출: 호스트 서버, 백엔드 파일 시스템 또는 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜에 피해를 주거나 무단 접근하도록 설계된 코드를 제출하는 행위 (포크 폭탄, 허용되지 않은 시스템 콜, 샌드박스 내부에서의 외부 네트워크 요청 등 포함).
* 채점 큐 조작: 자동화된 스크립트나 스팸 제출을 통해 채점 시스템에 과부하를 주거나, 다른 사용자의 서비스 이용을 방해하는 행위.

플랫폼 자산: 채점 엔진, 인프라, 핵심 디자인 템플릿 및 자체 코드는 플랫폼 운영자의 독점 자산입니다.
외부 대회 문제 출처 표기: 본 플랫폼은 외부 대회(IOI, KOI, COCI, CCC, CCO, APIO, JOI, POI, Google Archive 등)의 알고리즘 문제를 인덱싱하여 포함하고 있습니다. 해당 문제, 테스트 케이스, 공식 풀이는 해당 출제 저작자 및 단체를 보유한 위원회의 독점적인 지식재산권입니다. 본 플랫폼은 명확한 출처 표기와 함께, 비상업적·교육적 목적 및 정보올림피아드 대비를 위한 용도로만 해당 자료를 보관하고 제공합니다.
사용자 자체 제작 문제의 저작권 귀속: 사용자는 플랫폼 내에서 직접 자신만의 알고리즘 문제, 테스트 데이터 및 문제 설명글을 제작하여 업로드할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 플랫폼에 자체 문제를 제출하고 이를 전체 공개(출판)하는 순간, 해당 문제와 연동된 모든 텍스트, 테스트 케이스 및 데이터 자산에 대한 완전하고 독점적인 지식재산권 및 저작권은 플랫폼으로 양도 및 귀속됩니다. 플랫폼은 해당 자체 제작 문제를 영구적으로 호스팅, 수정, 배포 또는 서비스 내부적으로 활용할 수 있는 권리를 가지며, 이는 향후 사용자가 계정을 탈퇴하거나 계정이 해지된 경우에도 동일하게 유지됩니다.

6. 학업 정직성 및 표절 금지

대회 규칙: 라이브 또는 가상 대회 기간 중 소스 코드를 공유하거나, 타인과 전략을 논의하거나, 허용되지 않은 외부 도구를 사용하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
제재 조치: 플랫폼은 자동화된 표절 검사 소프트웨어를 사용할 권리를 보유합니다. 규정 위반이 적발될 경우 즉시 대회 실격 처리, 레이팅 점수 초기화, 또는 계정 영구 삭제 조치가 취해집니다.

7. 책임의 한계

"있는 그대로" 제공: 본 서비스 및 자동 채점 인프라는 "있는 그대로(As-is)" 제공됩니다. 플랫폼은 데이터 유실, 시스템 이상, 채점 오차, 서버 지연 또는 하드웨어 다운타임에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
